u.lab is a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) offered for free by the Massachusetts Institute for Technology (MIT). It offers to “put you into the driver’s seat of innovation and change” by helping you to make transformational change by changing yourself.
u.lab runs it’s online course in September each year. Whether you’re a returning participant or totally new, you can enroll and take part.
Otto Scharmer (Author of Theory U and one of the u.lab team) is working with Scotland to help us use u.lab as a way of encouraging more people to make the changes we want to see in our country, both as individuals and as members of our organisations.
u.lab Scotland is a community of people interested and practicing Theory U and u.lab practices. We hold events and activities throughout the year to keep you connected to others in the u.lab community. We also keep you up to date with u.lab news and information, as well as sharing stories from u.lab members. Subscribe to our blog now
