Towards the end of 2015, Fearghal Kelly came into a new role where he was to embark on a country-wide discussion on what is meant by teacher leadership. He was pointed in the direction of U.Lab in the planning stages and used it to completely change how he intended to undertake this task.

After speaking to over 1,000 teachers in six months, he recorded this video to share his story so as to give back to the ulabscot community (Spoiler alert! He thinks you guys are awesome).
